Operation Resilience is an all day workshop series designed to allow staff and participants to attend various course offerings related to safety, planning, and response to emergency.
This workshop will provide tools and skills to Ripon Unified School District employees on recognizing potentially dangerous behavior, communication and de-escalation techniques, how to report an individual in crisis, follow-up resources, and response, as well as notification to teachers per CA Ed Code 49079.
